Born in Espinho in 1982. Lives and works in Lisbon. Graduated from the Sculpture course at Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade do Porto. Participated in 2006 in the Visual Arts Course of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, having then done Projecto Individual at Ar.Co. Since September 2010 is in New York, as artist in residence at ISCP. Ana Santos is represented by Galeria Quadrado Azul.
